2026 Summer Camp Registration Form

    We ask that children arrive at 8:15 and no later than 8:45 AM. The camp day is from 9-3PM. Please plan on picking up by 3:15 PM. If your child will be going home with someone other than yourself

    please advise the staff at drop off. I can be reached on my cell phone for emergencies. (646-571-9610)

    Tuition is based on the number of weeks, with discounts given for multiple weeks as follows: for multiple weeks as follows:

    • 1 week: $795
    • 2 weeks: $1500
    • 3 weeks: $2100
    • 4 weeks or more: $$650 per week
    • Tuition must be paid in full on or before June 1, 2026.

    Please send a $100.00 PER WEEK non-refundable deposit with registration. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of completed registration and deposit. We are unable to accept payments by credit card or any electronic payments at this time. NO SPACE CAN BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT
